Default CB7 H22A SWAP MAP SENSOR WIRING HELP

ok i did the h22a swap in my cb7
i pulled the engine out of a smashed cb7. they last owners just had the old map sensor on the firewall.
well i want to use the map on the intake and im a bit confused on the wiring for the map sensor.
since the last owners has it hooked up on the firewall. it didnt have the connecter on the intake.
i got a plug from a junkyard but the wire colors arent correct.
here's a few pics of the wiring i have on my engine. if you guys could ell me what wire goes to where that would be great
here's some pics

One is a 5volt reference. One is a ground. One is sensor feedback. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Sensor connector GRN/WHT wire = 5v Positive (+) (sensor reference voltage ECU Pin D19) connect to your WHT/BLU wire.
Sensor connector RED/BLU wire = Sensor Ground (-) (ECU pin SG1 D21) connect to your BLU/WHT wire.
Sensor connector YEL/WHT wire = Sensor signal (+) (0.4v - 4.5,5v ECU pin D17) Connect to your RED/WHT wire.

@Ghost Accord, do you know if the voltages are different between the older firewall mounted map sensors and the newer throttle body mounted ones?
