has anyone ever or even thought of making ls meshies low offset or at least with a fatter lip?
i think meshies would look sick with a nice size lip, nuthin crazy like 0 off set.
my question is would it be possible?

i never clamed to be the first just a thought that i had in my head for a while cause ls meshies are my favorite oem rims and thought they would look dope polished with a fatter lip.

nah i know you didnt claim to be first but i have had many people ask me about widening oem wheels and although they will prolly look pretty cool, the only great way to do this type of thing is to actually re manufacture (retro) the wheel design as a lipped up monoblock possibly in stepped 16".
if you're totally serious about simply adding a lip or simply widening a 1 piece wheel search google: eric vaughn machine in monrovia. 35 years experience w/ aluminum wheel widening.
