hope you guys could help me out alright i got a 92 honda prelude si h23a1 5 speed. it starts up runs for about 2 minutes and my rpms bounce and you could hear it sputter. after the 2 minutes it cuts off quick status like something is blocking it from getting anything and just dies. changed the plugs wire distrubutor fuel filter and the timing is right on time cause when it does start starts right up. has two bars of gas could it just be the old gas going threw and cutting it off? air in the coolant system? o2 sensor? cat? i been tryn but im all out can you guys let me know off any sugestions thanks!

well have you checked your IACV and throttle body. Clean those things up and then see what happens. On the Faqs page there is a Thread about idle and surging issues It has lots of info on issues like this, have you looked at it?

 

yea i have checked it out and still nothing? but i was wondering you think its a faulty ditrubutor or ignitor?
