Try to find this part, but not sure what it is called...

Hello everybody, I guess it is my FIRST post here! Heh.

I would like to restore that thingy back.. and what is it used for?

I couldn't find it online... =(

I have a 1996 Honda Accord 25th Special Anniversary.

That's the coin tray, or something like that... it has "coin" on its name for sure.

Your best bet is to hit up your local pull-a-part place. Pocket one and call it a day.
