I freakin came across some. This is pretty close to what I've been thinking about, and instructive in the extreme...

Camber curve is rather extreme with such a design. I can make my swing axle equipped car go from -5* to -8* of camber by pushing down on the bumper.
I wonder how they dealt with the suspension jacking issue of such a design...
Call me uncultured, but I am not familiar with swing arm suspension!
I can see how the camber curve in bump/heave would be like that, but I am guessing there isn't much travel to allow that on this application.
What is this elligible for out of interest? I posted the link on my local autotest forum over here and it got rubbished pretty quickly as being completely pointless as it wouldn't be legal for any series we know of in the UK.

That would be a "swing axle" type design, but without the axle.

The frame has major Atom styling cues for sure... It says Australian designed and built by guys with proper credentials (SuperKart mfg wins). On one of its press links http://www.hyperracer.com/hyper-race...-interview.jpg it says the design is intended to be an affordable alternative to Formula Ford which cost $250,000 a year to setup and run. With this little thing it offers the same performance for $25,000 + $5000 a year to run. In that sense it's a good deal.
