Thats alot of work for not much benefit. It would take a lot of man hours on fab equipment to get the contours of the aluminum right. It would be easier and cheaper to just buy a pre-made carbon fiber stock replacement.
If I were to do an aluminum dash I would have to follow it into the whole interior just to make it flow. I would probably do something like below, its simply the most beautiful, clean and sanitary interior I've ever seen
