Default 2000 teg broken into now no spark.. HELP!

My 2000 integra GSR was broken into a couple days ago and the dumbass's that did it ripped the entire steering column apart down to the bear lock and column. No wires were cut that i can see they just left them hang there for the headlight, windshield wiper control levers along with the chipped key reader ring that goes around the actual key hole. Also they somehow broke the steering wheel off at the top splines and cut the clock spring, they left the wheel in the back seat. so now when i try to start her up im not getting any spark but the engine will turn. is there something that im missing that a break-in could cause a no spark condition or maybe something needs to be reconnected? i checked all the relays and they click when i turn it to ACC also i hear the fuel pump kick on but no spark.....? any help?

Are you sure it is a "no spark" issue and not a no fuel issue, [even though you hear the fuel pump prime]? 94

ya i did a spark test by pulling one of the plug wires at the distributor and held it right next to it and there was no arch or jump at all, i coulda held my hand between em and been fine. Why do you think it might be fuel?

Test for spark by pulling a spark plug, plug it into the spark plug lead and ground the plug then crank the engine and see if the plug has spark.

First, test for power at the distributor assembly, black/yellow lead. 94

Your key is an immobilizer type, if the reciever at the ign switch was damaged you will get a no start or a start stall condition depending on the type, there are 6 types now but I thought yours would be a type II...not sure though, just a thought, if you have the Green key light flashing on your instrument cluster while cranking or KOEO you have an immobilizer issue, its not reconizing or seeing a key in the ignition.

ya it was the immobilizer system not reading the chip. i got a new column which came with a new key so after i installed it i had to take it to acura for them to match it with the immobilizer system. Was a pain in the *** but i got it all done.
