cp pistons???
Any more info on why it'll work, because you'd think they'd use the same part # if it was compatible with B16, B18A/B and B20 instead of having different piston part numbers for each of those type of blocks.
If you look at page 7 from their official catalog http://www.cp-carrillo.com/LinkClick...30%3d&tabid=82 there's 2 codes one for part number SC7000 for a B16A engine, and one for part number SC7005 for B18A1/B1 engines. I imagine for the B20 you can use the LS pistons, but what's the difference between SC7000 and SC7005, even though the numbers listed are the same. If there wasn't a difference there wouldn't be two part numbers.

a b20 is 84mm, an ls is 81mm, hence why they won't interchange. b16 pistons will work in a b16/b18 because its the same bore size, but your compression ratio will vary on head/block setup.
They would go in a turbo setup. If I'd use 9:1 compression B16A pistons in a B18A1 block with an LS head will that make my compression much higher than 9:1 where it would defeat the purpose, or should it still be within an acceptable compression ratio for boost.
