Front rims are larger; Front tires are wider
I saw some hondas wearing front rims larger than their rear rims (16s in front then 15s in rear)? They also have wider front tires. Do you know the reason for this? Is it because hondas are front wheel drive? TIA
Unless it's for track use, even the owners don't understand why they're doing it. It's totally unnecessary with zero significant benefits for anything other than track use.
Here's a link of the K20 Face Off. Most of the cars have larger tires while a few has larger tires and rims upfront.

Usually, what I see in the net is the reverse setup (but those are rear wheel drive cars).
