thankx, i wasnt sure because my enigne is a1.5, 92-00 is a 1.6, right now im i the process of taking my engine out to rebuild it(i have another block) the previous owners screwed it, it only has 99,000 miles on the original engine and this is my second time rebuilding it(cuz i didnt put new bearings in it like i should have last time), also i just bought a parts car idnetical to mine except its the later two years of the ef gen. and it came with a five speed so im gonna swap the tranny and the pedals, and then weld the floor piece in for the shifter, possibly evn convert it to crusie control

btw, sorry if these sound like noob questions but, so if i put the vtec head on it will just bolt up and the manifold and everything will be the same? also i heard the 96+ ex had 127 horsepower, so if i put the head on my 1.5 it would have the same...cause if so itd be a hell of a lot less workj then dropping a b18c with 140 hp in

This is called a Mini Me swap. If you look at the FAQ there is a lot of info on this. Also if your able to search I found over 100 threads on exactly what you want to do.

No, it will not yield you 127hp.
