Pulsating brake pedal
After quite a bit of replacing worn parts in my Sol over this weekend, I finally got everything back together and now I have a nasty pulsating in my brake pedal. I know the normal causes are warped rotors, bad wheel bearings, etc. etc. I replaced the wheel bearings and lower ball joints yesterday. I also repacked the CV joints to check how worn they were and I'm sure they appreciate the fresh grease. I'm not entirely sure if I got a nice grease smear on the rotor causing the pulsing. Or maybe I actually did warp a rotor somehow, there was much cursing and hammering trying to get rusty screws out of the rotor. Is it possible that the rotor was warped from the worn bearing and it wasn't noticable because of the bearing?
What I'm looking for are other ideas. I don't have a ton of time to rip all this back apart tomorrow and trouble shoot. It needs to be fixed in one go. What all can I check?
