How do the 1989 civic si rear mud/splash guards fit on a 1991 civic si?

yes, 88-91 civic guards are the same, but different than crx ones

 

The 88-89 hatch mud guards are shorter than the 90-91. I have 90-91 hatch mud guards on a 88-89 bumper and there is about 1-2" of space between the bottom of the bumper and the guard.

I have no idea what the part number is. I bought them 20 years ago! I know they are discontinued from Honda. I might know someone who has them and is willing to sell.

does anyone know if there are 90-91 sedan rear mud guards? i tried 88-89 rear hatch ones but the bolt holes dont like up. i havnt run in to any other rear mud guards at my local wreck yards and want to make sure if there are any direct bolt on rear mud guards for my 91 sedan. if not then i can just make new holes but i dont want to do that.
