Default msd blaster 2 coil

i have a 1997 prelude base and bought this coil i hooked yellow up to positive and the black and the green wire to negative, it wont start it likes it wants to but doesnt fire any suggestions i know lots of people have done it but cant find any info and tried putting yellow on neg and black on posi and still no start green wire is for tach

My suggestion is to not use an MSD coil.

yellow and black yellow go together to the possitive side and the green goes to the neg by itself.

I'm not going to curse at you and call you an idiot. I'm just going to politely say, DO NOT USE IT. Well, Unless for some reason you have an abundance of spare Ignition Modules laying around. :D

lol thanks mani got it installed who runs alot nicer now considering my old coil was cracked and ****, also i would think since i am running the resistor it wouldnt fry my ignition module correcT?
