The black paint is wearing off my wiper arms. how do i remove these to paint? What tools do i need and what color black is stock?

 

wire wheel on a drill will remove the old paint.

bbq black to repaint.

I want to remove to paint. And will use some sandpaper. Just wondering how to get them off.

 

oh, misread, sorry. to remove, it is the 14mm nut where the arm attaches at the cowl. take the nut off, i usually fold the wiper arm back then pull up while wiggling the arm slightly back and forth to get it off the splines.
