You mean the "H"?
Most of them just pry off, just be careful not to scratch the paint.
Remember there are holes left over in the back, and maybe the front too...

use floss....worked for me
make sure you get some old that real old johnson & johnson floss... its real strong and wont break if you pull hard unlike the waxy kind
