couple of small scratches
lock button is stucked but still usable by sliding
other than those 2 its mint and working
have a warranty till december so yea you could pretty much get a brand new n97 if ur patient enough to drive to downtown and send this to the nokia store and wait for a week or two.

1 has a little curb.. little than 1 inch..

18x8+32 (20) 1 has a popped tire, other one has a new bf goodrich gforce mounted on it...
-the one with the brand new tire is pretty much perfect
- one with the popped tire has a little bent on it, about 1/4 of the wheels is curbed.
