Default Idle suspension question

I have Skunk2 Pro-S coilovers on my car, I've had them on there for a while but they got used for 7-8 (I think) months in 2008/2009 and the car has been sitting since maybe June or so in 2009. Got towed once to my new house earlier this year for maybe 10 miles but other than that it hasn't moved ... other than me dinking around getting in and out of it, etc.

Question is, should I be worried about it? Bound, rebound, should I get them rebuilt, should I lift it up and drive for a little, leave it low and be fine? If I remember correctly they go 4" either way and I have them and have always had them at about 3.5-3.25" low.

Thanks.

Doubt it, my coupe sat for 7 months, and everything was just as good as when I parked it.
