Alright Idk if this thread is going to blow bcuz I already had the upper control arms (camber kit) off. Please tell all your negative comments to your mother/grandmother... start by saying "this guy on honda tech named jonesek"
I replaced the old bushings from a camber kit I bought for 30$ with Energy suspension Bushings.
Tools I used
Knife
Torch
Bench Vise (i used a small one and it worked good)
Also used a Shopvac to pick up all the peices and
to extract all the bushing smoke
First thing I did was put it on the bench vise. and tighted a bit (tighten the bushing itself *NOT THE METAL SHELL*)

Start twirlling the UCA (upper control arm) to tear the bushing. Give it a few spins 3-4

The bushing should be ripped from all sides. It might take alittle force to remove it from the bushing

Next Heat up your knife and start cutting thru the bushing ( IT WILL SMOKE! do it outside or use something to extract the smoke) It will take acouple time of doing this but will work.

Here it is when I finished cleaning it (you can also use a sand paper or something to get inside and clean it well. I Did not.)

Get The supplied lube with the ES Kit And lube it up.. i also lubed the bushing

Lube the bushing as well... I put it back on the bench vise and applied some pressure
starting to pop in from one side.

almost in! It might not go all the way in but should be easy to push thru (if its too hard take it out and apply more lube)

There it is. excess lube is pushed out.

Now lube the gold peice and inner bushing as well.

Put back on the bench vise and apply pressure

There it is all the way in.

Comparison Stock kit vs. Energy suspension... ES kit looks beefy

I did not do the how to on the Upper ball joint but will update. it soon.
I did not like the gap it left vs the stock bushing. It was not on there tight. The original uses a peice to lock it in place this kit does not.
