My friend just bought a 97 hatch with a b18c swap. It has adjustable cam gears and an adjustable fpr.
The issue is he has a pretty substantial hesitation from 4k till vtec kicks in.
I didn't get a chance to look at it closely or for long at all, but what are the first things to check?
