so im throwin code 14 (iacv).i have tested it and it is workin fine.i chased down the wiring and everything looks fine.the only symptom is coming out of first under light throttle or just barely pushing the gas in neutral it will surge maybe 150 rpms back n forth.anybody have this problem before or have any ideas.let me know if you need anymore info.91 crx hf with a first generation b16a and p28 ecu.
