ey guys i have a 97 ex i cant get my brake light to work or my tail lights and ive checked the fuses they are good also the hazards work,what do i do?

 

check your brake pedal switch it might be bad.

 

check the brake light switch not the fuse but the switch..

 

how do i check them?

 

could be the switch(under the pedal or near it), or fuse, check all the bulbs too. I had a similiar problem a while back and i had a bad bulb.

 

go under the dash unplug the switch where your brake pedal is and use a paper clip or wire n jump the connector, its a 4 wire connector, can't remember which two to jump but jump 2 n run back of your car n check for your brake light to see if it comes on.

 

Maybe a bad rear ground common to the brake lights and taillights.
