So I'm ready to improve my handling
Ok I need sum opinions, I am ready to improve the handling in my ek but while I was researching I started reading about subframe tearing and I don't wanna through that. I am wanting to add a rear sway bar. I was watching a vision rear sway bar that comes with a lower tiebar or asr subframe brace and st sway bar.
I wanna know if there is a different purpose of the rear tie bar and the subframe? Which one would improve handling more and possibly the best combo I can get and I am also wanting to upgrade my lca also

Get some good summer tires first. Some of the better ones are Bridgestone RE11, Dunlop Z1 Star Spec, Kumho Ecsta XS, Yokohama Advan Neova AD08, Hankook Ventus RS3 Falken Azenis RT615K, and Yokohama S.drive(a step below all the others but longer lasting)
Then a rear sway would help. Civic Type R 22mm is a good one, and the ASR brace is a must.
After this if you want less body roll you could get some shorter, stiffer springs along with sport shocks. Get the shocks first if youre on a budget, then get the springs you want later. Koni Yellows are a popular choice and Eibach, H&R make springs with varying heights and rates. Also you could try Ground Control coil sleeves for adjustable ride height and custom springs(this is what I would get)
