bout his 800hp delsol...blew the motor already...tore it apart and it was a stock sleeve motor with jst some pistons and rods...dude is a bullshiter...dnt trust him or buy anything frm him...was told it was a aebs sleeved block and it had a portflow head...the head was a jg head an stock block...more than likley hooked one of his homies up with his fully built motor...no god dam way he made 802 hp on 81.5 on a 40r...like the dyno sheet said

they told basically aint **** we can do...we made the deal and dat bout it...tryin to atleast get my quad back to recover some of da loses to build another motor...trusted the dude and we knw that churchs had tuned it...and reciepts are hard sometimes...look at how many of us buy stuff frm eachother on here...when we picked it up the axle had ****ed up so we really drive it dat much...fixed da axle and first pass on da streets it blew...seem honest and we knw where he lives...so we wrnt really worried

that motor used to be Jesse's and when jesse sold his 98 coupe to walter the engine/turbo was put into a hatch for victor and I "think" fernie or one of his boys bought the civic shell, that engine had a JG sleeved block and a head done up by me. turbo was a gt40r on a one fab manifold. last I had heard was the guy that got the car cracked or broke a sleeve on the JG block and that was that. guess he slapped all the stuff in a stock block and sold it, the JG block had some grinding done to it on the oil pan rail in the front for a prototype header the car ran when it was N/A. also the engine had crower rods and cp 82mm pistons (I know the piston because they where my old ones before I went 84mm) and a type r crank. Walter said you guys where trying to find info on the block that was in the car when victor sold it so I am trying my best to give every detail I remember.

PS: was the axle a dss stage 5 and messed up on the pass side outter spline? because when jesse had the setup in his coupe we ran a spool which made the axle pop out the splines on that side in hard turns.

the very bottom pic is of the JG block, look how close the steel sleeves are together and the block guard JG uses.
and I know thats the setup, I made the intercooler pipping and the fittings on the valve cover are welded from the inside (bolt in baffle) and the turbo mani that made it a bitch to run the hall sensor bracket (car was on aem with rsx coils). also the type r TB and it still has the blue 44mm wastegate and 4 inch downpipe which I made aswell.
and that motor was in jesse's 98 coupe when it was sold to walter and victor, walter and victor put the setup in a hatch and soon after victor sold the hatch, never seen the top pic of the closed deck block, and me nor none of my guys ever wear gloves, lol.. when jesse sold his car it was in full running shape minus the radiator which he was borrowing from me and I know walter and victor had it tuned at churches in the hatch back so the rest I can not honestly answer.

i hate to say it man. but your best bet is just to re build everything you need to the way you want. and take this as a lesson not to buy cars this extreme without knowing the owner personally or having your hands in the build. looks like a sick sol either way...... good luck with everything btw

How much did you pay for this thing? Prolly the same amount it would have taken to build your own...It sucks that your getting screwed on this (good luck with civil court, a civil judgement means nothing). Sounds like you have enough good parts to sell and start over...800hp cars are such a waste of money to BUY from others...Doesn't matter who it's from you risk the chance of it breaking...If you've had experience with them you would have known to tear it down and look before boosting...I hope all goes well for you but don't expect much...
Usually if you buy a used car it is purchased "as is" and no matter what happens after you buy it you're out of luck/screwed. However, if you have the posts or emails that prove that the person selling the car said all these parts were indeed in the car you do have a case. If they deliberately misled you(which you have to prove) you can win a civil case against him. Basically they are violating the contract because they lied about the car initially. You have to document everything, take a **** load of pics, and have a certified "shop" write you estimates and testify that the parts that were in the car were not what the seller represented them as.
You are correct with the fact that he does have a case...but if the seller decides he will not comply, there's not much that can be done...the judge can order a judgement against him but there is no penalty for not paying...that was the point I was trying to get across...In rare cases the judge will garnish his wages but if the dude doesn't have a job then your screwed either way...speaking from experience...never got my money back, but it wasn't $10k either...Good Luck and that dude needs to be shot in the leg...

I hope to hell you have a BOS stating exactly what was supposed to come with the car/motor etc. If he bs'd you then you easilly have a case. If he doesnt show up for court then he forfeits and then you will need to take action in order to garnish his wages.
