Shaking probelm on 97' CRV
I just did front disc brakes on a 1997 honda crv today and now the steering wheel is shaking at any speed above 40mph. I then took the car home and did a tire rotation thinking the tires would be out of balance but there not. The car recently just got new tires installed all the way around. Im leaning towards it might be a wheel bearing because I had to use an impact drive to get the rotors off of the hub's. Has anyone else had this type of probelm before? The tie rod aswell the ball joints looked to be in good shape when everything was disassembeld so im canceling those issue's out.
Did you lube the bolts? #14 & 19: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...y5=FRONT+BRAKE If you didn't lube the bolts then when the cylinder pushes the pad jams up on those bolts and you get serious vibration and seriously worn pads. Pull your pads and look for uneven wear like this:

If they do look like that then go get new pads and lube then re-do your pads.
