Default 09 CR-V 2WD Trailer Hitch recommendations

I have been looking at the UHaul trailer hitch kit and it seems to be pretty well designed. What I am looking for is suggestions on what is the "best" kit that people have used. I like that the UHaul kit is designed to be installed without any modifications, but I am opem for suggestions. What I am planning on hauling is a motorcycle at the most. I will not be exceding the factory towing rating. Thoughts? Ideas?

i went with a curt manufacturing hitch kit. class III . i've towed a 16ft bass boat fiberglass. total weight is about 2200 with trailer and motor and gear. It tows it just fine. I only go short distances, if anything 1 hr away at max. You need to be very aware of your braking limitations. This is beyond the recommended towing capacity of this vehicle, but i thought i would give you my personal experiences towing with a 2007 Honda CRV EX L. The motorcyle should be cake compared to this boat.

We have an 05 AWD Element with the class 3 uhaul hitch package. The hitch was easy to install (no drilling) and worked great to tow an 800cc 3 person seadoo. Have not had any issues and after 3 years not a spec of rust (FL car).

I pulled off the uhaul stickers when I put it on and you cannot tell it is on the car unless looking. Plus they are reasonably priced.

Never used it to pull my bike, but would not hesitate at all. Just make sure to properly secure the bike with ratchet tie downs and soft straps.

Have fun!
