will rear struts on a 2000 civic fit on a 95 civic?

 

Yes, well kind of.
The fronts will bolt on, you will just need to be creative on how you attach your break lines to it. Zip ties maybe.
The rears arent nearly as easy, you will need to grind off a bit of the bushing on the lca, i dont remember how much. Im sure someone that knows will chime in.
