I have a 2000 ITR im tryin to put back together, we had jus put in the swap its a its a poor man itr b18c1 bottom end with a itr head. engine cranks but doesnt want to turn over.. I was tryin to use a obd1 harness but i heard thats my problem. Need a obd2b harness OR unless someone has a way to work around my problem....lmk ASAP
