Default 94 honda accord sunroof off track, maybe?

My sunroof has been working fine, then all of a sudden the other day it started skipping, i guess you could say. I'm thinking it's just off track a little. It still opens and closes, but you have to give it a little help.

Any ideas if that is what is wrong and if so maybe help on how i can fix it?
Thanks.

I have just removed the complete sunroof from a 95 I am parting out and it uses the same type of motor and cable system as the power windows. If yours is skipping then chances are that it's either binding in the tracks or the drive teeth/gears are worn. To take the system out is a fairly large job and requires that you take the roof liner out completely. The motor is at the rear of the unit just over the centre of the rear seat. I can send you pictures of the unit if you like.

Have you considered just lubing the tracks to see if that helps?
