TW/WTT 2000 CIVIC SI TYPE R SWAP!!!

I got a 1993 Red Eg Hatch 166k, dents ect, beater it's worth about $2500 all stock, new brakes and pads, only mod is no name intake, and gsr fat 5's all stock, all glass is good has a 1999 civic ex trans.
How much on top to trade would i need?
