so i bought a 99 civic with a full h22a swap in it from some guy that said it was stuck in limp mode and he didnt have the time to work on it when he had it it wouldnt bearly run at all i messed with it a little here and there and then we got it so you could drive down the road and drive good till about 5000rpm then it started cutting up so then i jumped codes and it threw a 15 and that is a bad ignition output signal so i got a new dizzy from a shop and it was a one plug dizzy and the one i had was a two plug as you can see in the pics below. so me and my dad decided to pull all the pins outta the plug and convert it to a two plug so we could run it with the car harness and now it isnt wanting to idle or even bealry start at all now with the new dizzy(not brand new its a dizzy off another motor from a local shop) the cap was a little chalky so i cleaned it up and the rotorin both of my dizzys spin a little rough idk if they are suposed to be like that i am so lost with a H series nothing like a K lol well hers some pics off my stuff please lmk if you have any ideas asap thank you very much

p72 with a h modd i even tryed to run it with a p14 and it wont even fire it turns over but thats it

Cliffs: his car will not drive down the road, he put in a used distributor/cleaned the cap - no bueno, car will barely start now
