trying to start my car, i am running a pr3 ecu td23 dzzy on my b18c1, when i go to crank the motor it turns over but does not start. check the ecu and a red light is coming on, i have spark, compression, but my fuel pressure gage is reading 0 psi, is this a fuel filter/ fuel pump issue?

 

Check what code the ECU is throwing. I think there's a faq at the top of the page to check what code your throwing by reading the flashes from the ECU.

now whether the gsr would run all that well off a b16 ecu and ls distributor i cannot say. i have to imagine that even it does run it will be far from ideal.
