Default PC680 + H22A

Hey guys,

So ive noticed the last month or so my h22A has been starting kinda hard, it almost sounds like its gargling metal when starting the car, or like the gear mesh is off slightly for you Electric RC car people.

It's a Pc680 battery about 3 years old, took it to autozone tests fine, the starter tests great as well.

I have 8 gauge wire going to that, now I know that's a bit small for a +12v lead going to the starter off the battery, wondering if I should go 4 gauge "or if that's whats causing me not to have enough amperage"... I'll make a cable soon and test it

another person mentioned I might have lost a tooth on a flywheel although it sounds believable something drastic would have had to happen in order for that tooth to just break off.

comments concerns I'm all ears.

A starter test is only as good as the state the starter is in at "that moment" of the test . Sounds like the starter is going bad.
