1999 honda accord oil pressure switch diagram
I have a cracked connector to my oil pressure switch I"m told. I'm also told the wire harness on is back order indefinately and has been redesigned by honda. I have a bad oil leak and know its somewhere above the oil filter. I really would be grateful if someone has a diagram so I"m certain of what I'm taking off is the proper part.As long as I can temporarily stop the leak i will worry about the wiring harness and getting it creatively taken care of. Anyone have a diagram thats clearly marked for this part to be viewed? thanks, Dawn
If the oil leak is coming from above the oil filter, check:
1) valve cover gasket;
2) vtec solenoid.
If the connector is actually cracked or broken and is ACTUALLY falling off from the oil pressure switch, then get another connector and solder it in place of the damaged one.
