Icon2 Help: issues after removing K9 alarm 93 civic si

A few month ago I bought a 93 civic Si. I notice that it had an alarm but it wasn't functioning. In order to get rid of the wiring nightmare bellow the dashboard, I removed the alarm and some relay switches, putting everithing back the best I could. The thing is that now, when I move the sidemirrors, turn on the headlights (HID's) or pres the horn button, the car tries to turn off and the check engine light turn on. This only happens when the car is running on my chipped p28 ECU, on the chip profile. When the car is running on the stock p28 profile, it seems to be working perfectly and dont show any problems at all...

I already checked the entire harnessbut I haven't found the cause...

Please Help!!!

Please give me the code the car throws. How did you burn the program onto the chip. If the car runs fine on the stock ecu. There might be wrong with your burn. I seen this happen on cars that the program was not burned right.

The car don't throw any code since the check engine light tuns off every time I turn the car off. When I get the car, the ECU was already chipped, so I don't know how it was burned. The thing is that the problem started after I removed the alarm. I will try running the car using another chipped ecu and I will let you know. thanks for the suggestion

Its something with the bin file when its burned. I did a remote start on a customer teg that was turbo. When I remote started the car on his chipped ecu it would throw a code. But when I used my hondata ecu and I base mapped it to his car it was fine and the hondata showed no problems. I also had a friend that does crome and we coppied his crome to my spare crome ecu ( I hate crome) and it had no problems. After looking at his ecu and re burned it it was fine. It was the way the ecu was flashed or burned. Really if i was you I would get a real standalone ecu like hondata.
