Default Noise coming from F2 coilover.

A little background to my story, bought F2 Type 1s about a year or so ago, have had them on my car not SLAMMED but pretty low. Recently I got some 16's for my car and a few weeks ago I started hearing a noise coming from the front right coilover every time I take a small bump/dip. It sounds like the coilover is bottoming out, but it isn't even on its lowest setting and i have never messed with the preload. Now there has been some construction going on on the road to my house and the road is ****ING terrible, has been like that for like 4 months or so...

I have taken out the coilover and took off the top hat and spring but didn't see anything wrong, also I'm sure its coming from the coilover because I lifted up the car and put pressure on the front right tire with a pry bar (up and down) and can faintly hear the noise...

Any ideas? Are the struts just ****ed? What sucks is that I think they're warranty is only 1 year

Im gonna try to swap out the right to the left to see if it still makes the noise, if the same side still does then it has to be something else but if it dont then FUUUUUUUU
