After debating whether its worth dropping $1K on a custom header for my F23 project, I stumbled upon this website http://stainlessheaders.com/headerrepairmod I am thinking about sending them an F23 flange and my dust collecting Kiddracing tri-y H22 header to have it modified to mate with the F23. Is this a bad idea? Obviously it has to remain cost effective, but if its a couple hundred dollars and makes power I'm in. Let me know your thoughts before I take the plunge. Thanks.

And now its done. Haven't tested fitment yet. Was made to have same angles and height as F23 OBX header.

 

Just got a quote from Chris Stepp. $150 to turn this H22 header into an F23 header. Shipping out today. I will, of course, post pictures when this is completed.

Wonderful! Hope it works well for you. I got a great consultation over the phone. Snapped a couple pics and explained what I wanted to have done. As long as you send them a flange and a header, they'll mate them together for ya.

wow that looks great. i might do the same thing when the time comes for my F23. i was very happy with my kiddracing header on my H22A.
