How much can i tune the 1.6 vtech??

How much (horsepower) can i tune(turbo) up my engine, without reinforcing any engine parts? How much would be not smart?

First off.

It is VTEC. Not VTECH.

Second, how much money do you have?

Reliability, Speed, Cheap. Pick two.

I have a B16a2 running 6psi of boost, and on cool dry days I run 12.9.... but lemme tell ya its not a cheap hoby
