Does anyone know where i can find a DIY thread or some sort of guide?

Or if any of you have installed it yourself could give me any pointers?

Grab a helms manual and start tracking down parts.

I know of two people who put a/c into integra's that never had it.
Im sure there's guys out there who are cutting weight out of their cars and selling a complete a/c system...
I did in my old gsr anyway...

Starting from scratch, i didn't need it in Cali but now that i'm Texas it's a little too unbearable.

I just purchased most of the componets from a H-t member in cali. From what i know it has all of the A/C lines, condensor, evap and compressor.

I'm wondering if there is a wiring harness i'll need to hook up to the Evap/blower for the thermostat?.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This thread comes up about once every 6 months or so. Simple answer--go to the Acura dealership and ask them for a printout of install instructions for a 97 or 98 ITR.

Those 2 years had A/C as an optional accessory.

i just took all the AC **** out of my 97R (no you cant have it), and that piece of wiring is part of the dash harness (you can see where the dealer messed with it, and the Civic i took the box out of had it zipped away neatly). you WILL need the harness that goes across the front core support with all the relays, plug for second fan, and AC compressor plug...

really it doesnt look that hard to install. after removing one, i really think that putting one in really isnt that hard...

also, might note #10 in first picture will most likely need replaced. unless it was stored properly asap so moisture/air doesnt get into it. so, it will need replaced.
