Help me figure out where this wire goes.

Car is 2004 Honda Civixc DX..i cant figure out where this wire attaches too. Looks like some ground or something, Anybody? Thanks.

It bolts to the radiator support, just behind the hood latch...

It is to the right of the my header. you can see it.
