Default Electrical short, possible ground problem.

I have yet to test drive my car at night until today.
When I did, I noticed that it has some interior electrical problems.
I'm thinking something just isn't grounding properly...
Basically, the lights don't turn on when I open the doors.
In fact, the dome light doesn't work at all. However, the trunk open light on my dash turns on, and the clock dims, when I open the doors.
The trunk light works perfectly as far as I can tell.
What are some possible problems?
I've checked the door switch, everything seems fine there. I even put on a new connector. I've had the light work before... I did the 88-89 to 90-91 gauge swap, everything else seems to work properly, aside from the tach which worked the other day, but not tonight.

that would be my door switches. they're both minty on mine, no rust, and new connectors.
