96 gsr w/98-00 convert(need it gone)

mods:
98-01 conversion
carbon fiber lip
ebay intake
skunk2 intake manifold
ngk spark plug wires
cluctch masters clucth
DC headers
AEM short shifter
brembo big brake (front) cross drilled and slotted
viper alarm
sparco race wheel
ground control coilovers
painted gunmetal LS webs
BADS:
cracked front bumper but lip covers it
no mud flaps/ mud guard
cracked passenger side mirror
check engine light (high voltage iput on IACV sensor)
ABS light on
windshield wipers broken
no muffler installed, stock one included just has to be welded
RPM guage works when car is warmed up
car has 125k/miles. overall body is in good shape, absolutely no rust, and still pulls hard
