Not impossible, but close. Also expensive, and it wont be daily driver reliable anymore (which is usually one of the factors people want to stay NA in the first place).
Just buy a B18c or turbo the ZC. Either of those, and you'll still have change from what you would spend trying to get the ZC to push 200 hp NA.
