Potential Purchase: 06 Civic Si

Hey all, I'm debating a purchase of a 2006 Civic Si w/22k original miles.
Is there anything special I should know/be worried about? I'd like to do some modifications in the near future. How complete is the aftermarket support for it?
Anyone making turbo kits etc for it?

What resources are available to read up on? I'm new here and I've read over the FAQs but didn't find anything especially useful.

-follow through on your shifts, especially going in to 3rd gear.
-get ready for paint-induced headaches.
- upgraded sway bars go a looooong way with this ride.
- flashpro + a LEGIT tune
