Some mirrors have a set screw located on the back of the mount, if your has the screw tighten it and it will help, but it will also make it more difficult to adjust your mirror. Any weight you add to the mirror will make the problem worse because the mirror is only held in place by friction with the mount.

i had the same problem.. Imagine w/ 3 12's how bad it gets.. 2 bass hits and the mirror would droop down and be reflecting my crotch Lolz...

anyway I took the mirror off so I could take it apart.. you pop off the cover on the headliner.. and its held on by like 3 screws.. after u have it OFF... pop off the cover behind the mirror (on the part where it pivots).. not you expose the hex screw and a plate and a ball that the mirror pivots on... I put some small pieces of cardboard between the metal plate and the pivot and then I tightened down the screw really tight (careful not to break it)... the mirror is really hard to adjust now.. but I'm the only driver of my car so it doesnt matter.. bass hits and it shakes.. but doesn't droop down like before.. at least not as bad...
