I found out a bit more information recently when talking to someone locally. As you may know I was the original owner of this car and have been searching and searching for it, for years. Carfax shows nothing. VIN search shows only that Honda Finance owned it last. When I called Honda Finance they said they don't have it and couldn't offer more help. I called the dealership where I bought it and they don't know anything either. I spoke to local mechanics and shop owners and they say they haven't seen the car.

Well, recently someone told me that after I returned the car to the dealership in 03 the car was broken into on the lot and that the seats, badge, and cluster were taken from it. They also told me who the person was that did this. This means there may be someone out there with a 2000 PY ITR in the Toronto area that doesn't know the badge for their car.

OR... gulp... it may mean that the car was sold at auction and then chopped up for parts or something really depressing like that. Since the car has never been titled after 03 I really hope that someone out there is using it as a track car.

Anyone from the Toronto / Niagara area know of a yellow ITR that is missing it's badge that is being used as a track car by chance? If you have an engine swap please check your VIN.
