2001 GSR Endyn head and OEM ITR block (R DOT)...Looking to sell reasonable!
I had this posted elsewhere, but I need to sell these parts and the thread was moving slowly as of late, so hopefully this thread will get a little more interest. The GSR head is out of my 2001 GSR with 54k miles. It was rebuilt just before 50k miles by Endyn, and I have all of the paperwork from Endyn to prove that as well. It comes with Supertech Valves, Endyn Dual valve springs, Crower retainers, Manganese/Bronze valve guides and all of the head work done by Endyn obviously. I have the reciept for over $1500 of work done by Endyn on the head and that does not include the cost of valves, valve guides, or retainers. The head has no cams, but cams caps are there. Also I do not have a valve cover that comes with it at this time, but I may for the right price. This would be a perfect piece if you have a stock GSR head, and you want to get it built, but do not want the downtime. Here is one pic, but I will get others. My digital camera died before I could get any more. Looking for $600 - SOLD!
As for the R DOT Type R block...It has 4,000 miles on it with all paperwork to prove it was puchased brand new from an Acura dealer for $2400 plus shipping. It also has less than 4,000 miles on it. I have to be honest with people and say that it does smoke...Why, I have no idea as together with the GSR head above it was tuned and ran conservatively at just over 190 whp. This engine was not beat. I have no idea why it smokes, and I haven't taken it apart or anything. I understand that people are going to want to buy this block for $400 or something, but if you are that person, just hit the back button and move on. I am sure it probably just needs rings, so if I can't sell it for what I need, I will just take it apart and get the rings done. I will have more pics up later. Looking for $1100

$1000 for the type r block...Athens, Pa is where the block is, but I will be travelling to Boonville, Ny this weekend if that helps. Thanks!
