doesnt the turbine get unbalanced when the exhaust housing gets removed? or is that only when you open up the chra?

The only part that is notches is the T3 flange to match the gasket. All other areas are withing specs but smoothed for better flow. This job was done to create better flow efficiency to get better responds from your turbine wheel.
