I haven't seen this posted anywhere, but the new aem ems series 2 (30-6050 OBD2b honda/acura) has outputs for both vss and ect to the s2000 cluster, so other than connecting the appropriate wires, it looks as though no speedohealer or ect module is needed.

 

That is correct the ECT and Speedo work fine with the series 2.
