I bought the car 4 years ago i believe from a small dealer, was recently sprayed and had no rust. Well slowly over time it started to slightly bubble out. Its really not that bad considering how solid the rest of the car is. The 1st owner was an old lady(have OG title to prove somewhere) - She passed and the car went to auction. It has a Clean title and the body is nothing but straight. All body panels line up just right. From brakes to blinkers the car needs nothing but someone to get the motor running.

Well thats why im asking more for the car is because i know it cant be that hard of a fix, It's just not the type of car i need right now to.

I want a bone stock honda once I get rid of this thing. I swear the car doesn't like me.

Maybe i should just throw in a D series again. Just have absolutely NO money to work on this thing anymore.

Just a heads up it is illegal to sell a car with a lien on it in this state.

 

How so? I wasn't aware of that?

 

Make sure your timing is still good. It may have jumped a tooth or two.

 

Don't think this is true. I bought an accord a few months back. We went to the bank, paid off the lien loan, and drove off with the accord.

Yeah definitely not... as long as he takes the cash and pays off the loan and you get the loan release or title on the spot.

 

Let me restate that...

Illegal to sell a car with a lien unless the lien is paid off in full.

The lien holder shares ownership of the vehicle.

What I got out of the post is that you are getting the car with a lien on it not paid off.

Maybe the OP should be a little more clear

Seriously i've had problems ever since i switched to B series. My first swap was a d16z6 and that thing pulled really nicely. Ive had 2 of my other buddies try to help me out to and we just cant figure it out.
