Icon3 Cheap D15B turbo kit?

What's the cheapest turbo kit I can get for my d15b? (It's sitting in an '88 Honda Civic Sedan)

This may be the most ridiculous reason for why I want a turbo kit but I really want to experiment and learn more about my car (I'm a novice with tuning, I know little to nothing.)

Also, I'm not searching for a turbo kit to smash on people, I just want a tiny turbo kit to: [b]1.) Hear that PFFSST sound after I let off of the gas 2.) My car barely makes it up a hill in second gear so I need a little more "umph" to get around.

No flaming please. If this is a stupid idea to you and you plan on nagging me about it, keep it to yoursef. If this is a stupid idea and you feel as if you need to inform me of the pros and cons of doing this then feel free

Anyway, what are some really cheap turbo kits for a D15B?

I just did some research and some people say it's safe to run 5 psi on a stock D15B, and some say you need to add larger fuel injectors and what not. I'm planning on swapping my motor soon anyway so it's fine (:

But anyway I'll check out ebay for some turbo kits haha. I'm trying to boost 5 psi so I'm not sure what turbo kit would be suitable for that.
